Time management is hard to practise and requires more prioritorization and organization of activities but with patience and efforts.
Arranging your activities in order of importance helps to reduce time usage and stress and also save time. Remember organization comes with proper planning, a time table can be effective.

Multi-tasking can bring about stress and disappointment. Try and do tasks from one to another .This helps to build self confidence and relieves stress.
Always feel at ease whiles working with time. Keep activities under control whiles working? Feel comfortable to achieve good results.
Have enough rest
Resting helps to ease stress and prevents body over use. Having time to rest relieves energy expenditure and improves a healthier sound mind.
Always remember to keep calm and keep things in perspective manage your time well and prevent overburden and stress.
